Golf & Stay Properties for Rent
We currently offer 13 properties to rent. We have found that our guests love our cabins and chalets for slopeside skiing, unlimited golf packages at the Malone Golf Club, weddings at Titus Mountain, or for 4-season fun in the Malone area.

The Malone Golf Club, is one of the finest golf facilities in Northern New York, Southern Quebec, and Ontario. They have 36 Championship golf holes divided into two great golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones. They were recently awarded four and one half stars by Golf Digest and received the “Good Service” seal for both the East and West Courses.

The Wyndham
Sleeps up to 15
The Wyndham is our largest property and is located on the trail "Long Way Home." It is truly ski-in/ski-out until 4:30 p.m. when our day skiing times end. Fully stocked and fully furnished, renting the Wyndham is like renting someone's extremely clean home! We include everything from board games to stock pots.
The Huskie
Sleeps up to 12
The Huskie is our newest property added in the fall of 2021 and completed just before the new year. It is located just off of a brand new trail on the middle mountain called Huskie Lane. With the trail passing by just off the back deck, this home is a must stay. Whether you are coming as a family, or a group of friends, you will want to experience slope side lodging like you never have before!
The AuSable
Sleeps up to 8
The AuSable is a smaller property best suited for one family and is located on the trail "Long Way Home." It is truly ski-in/ski-out until 4:30 p.m. when our day skiing times end.
Bear Cub
Sleeps up to 6
Private Slope-side Chalet off of the trail Long way home. Ski in and Ski out, with the back deck only steps from the trail. With two Tv's, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer it makes for your perfect Ski get away! In-between the Ausable and the Wyndham.

The Red Maple (#1)

The Red Maple is one of our slopeside cabins located near our learning hill. It includes a bedroom with a king bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Sugar Bush (#2)

The Sugar Bush is one of our slopeside cabins located near our learning hill. It is a two bedroom that can sleep up to 6 with the pull-out full size sleeper sofa.
The Sap Run (#3)

The Sap Run is one of our slopeside cabins located near our learning hill. It is a two bedroom that can sleep up to 7 with the pull-out full size sleeper sofa.
The Sugar Maple (#4)

The Sugar Maple is one of our slopeside cabins located near our learning hill. It includes a bedroom with a king bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Hideaway

The Hideaway is a property added in the summer of 2021. It is located just off of our Upper Mountain. With Beautiful Mountain Views, a complete renovation, and two floors, this is the perfect house for the whole family.
*House is accessed by a Black Diamond.
The Wrinn
Sleeps up to 12
The Wrinn is a privately owned property off of the trail lift lane, on the Middle Mountain. Ski out the back door to a day of great Family Fun, come back to warm up in the safety of your own place.
* House comes with reserved parking spot at Lower Lodge
